A brief Introduction of Teleperformance:
Teleperformance was founded in 1978 by Daniel Julien in Paris, France. Globally, it operates in about 135,000 computerized workstations, with more than 190,000 employees across 340 contact centres in 74 countries.

In India, there are 6 centres: 3 in Jaipur, 2 in Indore and 1 in Gurgaon.

Teleperformance is a BPO company, hence the major hiring requirements are of agent staff .Usually, and the hiring count is around 1000 to 2000 candidates every month for all 6 sites which includes hiring for Domestic, Premium Domestic and International Accounts.
The hiring process is quite simple: There are 2 rounds of interview: HR Round & Ops Round. Both the interviews are carried on over the phone and once the candidate is shortlisted, offer letter is released for the same on mail. Hiring is done at Pan India level. There are major expansion plans for our centres in Indore and Jaipur.

Job Description-

No outbound calling
US Shifts
It’s a 5 days working company. The candidates will be given 2 weekly off as per the roster which means there will be no fixed off.
Salary-15k to 25k + High incentives.
Other monetary incentives to the employees (confidential)
Knowledge of technical trouble shooting/web hosting/DNS/cloud computing/active directory/exchange server/Microsoft assures/pc suit/office 365/anti virus is an added advantage for candidates.
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:

Should have very good convincing skills.
Should have good English communication skills.
Graduate/Undergraduate/12pass will be preferred.
Should be very confident and presentable.
Fresher also welcome
Energy levels should be high

Qualification and Experience: Any Graduate/Undergraduate/12pass.

Compensation & Benefits: Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 25,000(CTC) per Month + Incentives; will be decided based on qualification, experience and interview. ESIC, PF & Gratuity, as per applicable law. Group Insurance, Cover.
